Merry Christmas, everyone! As you may know, I had a hard time figuring out what to do for my Christmas nails… on top of that I had a pretty terrible nail break, so I decided it was time to take a chance and make a change!
So I ended up changing my shape to a slight almond shape! I’ve always had square nails, they grow square! This was a difficult decision for me lol but I’m digging them.
Originally my mani was going to be the same colors but a totally different design. After the shape change, I had to improvise a little. I actually made the green from mixing Sally Hansen Green with Envy with Zoya Purity. The red is Zoya Sooki and the white is Zoya Purity.
Even though, it isn’t what I originally planned, and I had some smearing issues, I really liked it. It was festive and simple.
Oh, on an exciting note: I got a helmer, Deborah Lippmann Stronger and an OCC Stained Gloss for Christmas! I’m so excited and I’ll be showing you my nail polish reorganization and swatches in upcoming posts!
Did you get anything awesome for the holidays?
Until next time,
